Global claims technology survey and strategic report:
Together with SelectX (www.selectx.co.uk), Karin invited companies around the world to participate in a survey looking at the use of technology in claims management now and in the future:

  • The current landscape: what systems and processes are in use and how they compare
  • Current business drivers
  • The future of claims operations: the need for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness
  • The potential enabling power of technology
  • The appetite for new investment

This will be followed by an in-depth strategic report in which we take a journey through what technology could deliver from the perspectives of all of the main stakeholders, where we are now and what it would take to step into the future, illustrated by the views of over 120 real market practitioners across the globe.

Is claims simply a back-office function in need of some cost-saving automation around current processes?
